Our story

Founded in 2024, Madera Flex Construcciones represents the fulfillment of a dream to live and build in Spain. Our founders, originally from the Netherlands, spent years developing their expertise in timber frame construction through two successful companies: Passen & Meten Timmerbedrijf and Klusbedrijf Zuid Limburg. With a focus on quality and sustainability, they chose to bring this experience to the Costa Blanca North, establishing Madera Flex to offer homes that not only achieve energy efficiency but also feature superior insulation and high-quality finishes.
